Modification History/Audit of Objects and Transactions in Primaseller

You can view the History/Audit for the following objects in Primaseller.

Product History

Product History provides an audit history of all products in the master catalog. Any change to Default Price, Barcode, Active bundle association, etc. will be recorded and logged here.

Main Menu > Catalog > Master catalog > Product > Click on Product listing> History.

The Product history page has the following headers:

Date: The date on which the Product was updated or created. The time of the event will also be recorded in this field.

Type: Type of Product change that was done .

Action: Action that was taken in that particular transaction which can either be created or updated.

By: Captures the user who made the changes. The name and email Id of the user will be recorded.

View Details: This action opens up a new pop-up displaying the details of the event.

SKU history

SKU history provides an audit of all SKU’s in the master catalog. Any changes to Default Price changes, Barcode, Active bundle association, etc will be recorded and logged in the SKU history section.

Main Menu > Catalog > Master catalog > Product > Details Page > History.

The SKU history page has the following headers:

Date: The date on which the SKU was updated or created. The time of the event will also be recorded in this field.

Type: Type of Product change that was done .

Action: Action that was taken in that particular transaction which can either be created or updated.

By: Captures the user who made the changes. The name and email Id of the user will be recorded.

View Details: This action opens up a new pop-up displaying the details of the event.

Bundles History

A Bundle SKU is an SKU that acts as a Set/kit/combo of SKUs. Bundle History provides information about the updates done on that Bundle SKU in the past.

Main Menu >> Master catalog >>Select the Facility >> Bundle >> Click on a Bundle listing >> History.

The Bundle history page has the following headers:

Date: The date on which the Bundle was updated. The time of the event will also be recorded in this field.

Type: Type of changes that was done that is either updated or created.

Action: Action that was taken in that particular transaction which can either be created or updated.

By: Captures the user who made the changes. The name and email Id of the user will be recorded.

View Details: This action opens up a new pop-up displaying the details of the event.

Pricelist History

A Pricelist is a collection of SKUs and their prices which can be associated with Channels and Customer Groups. Price list history provides information about the updates that were done on that particular price list in the past.

Main Menu > Catalog > Pricelist > More > History

The pricelist history page has the following headers:

Date: The date on which the pricelist was updated. The time of the event will also be recorded in this field.

Type: Type of modification that was done: to the price list or the pricelist item.

Action: Action that was taken in that particular transaction which can either be created or updated.

By: Captures the user who made the changes. The name and email Id of the user will be recorded.

View Details: This action opens up a new pop-up displaying the details of the event.

Services History

Services history provides an audit history of all Service SKUs. Any changes to Price, Created Date, Updated Date etc will be recorded and logged in the service history section.

Main Menu >> Catalog >> Master catalog >> Services >> History

The service history page has the following headers:

Date: The date on which the Service SKU was updated or created. The time of the event will also be recorded in this field.

Type: This will always be SKU for a Service SKU

Action: Action that was taken in that particular transaction which can either be created or updated.

By: Captures the user who made the changes. The name and email Id of the user will be recorded.

View Details: This action opens up a new pop-up displaying the details of the event.

Supplier History

Supplier history provides an audit history of that particular supplier. Any changes to Cost Price changes, Minimum order quantity, Supplier SKU name etc will be recorded and logged in the Supplier history section.

Main Menu >> Purchasing >> Supplier >> Click on supplier >>Supplier details >> History

The supplier history page has the following headers:

Date: The date on which the supplier was updated or created. The time of the event will also be recorded in this field.

Type: Type of modification that was done.

Action: Action that was taken in that particular transaction which can either be created or updated.

By: Captures the user who made the changes. The name and email Id of the user will be recorded.

View Details: This action opens up a new pop-up displaying the details of the event.

Supplier Catalog SKU history

Supplier SKU history provides audit information of all the Supplier SKU. All Cost Price changes, Minimum order quantity, Supplier SKU name etc will be recorded and logged in the Supplier SKU history section.

Main Menu >> Purchasing >> Supplier >> Click on supplier >>Supplier Catalog >> Action >> History.

The Supplier Catalog SKU history page has the following headers:

Date: The date on which the supplier SKU was updated or created. The time of the event will also be recorded in this field.

Type: Type of supplier SKU change that was done.

Action: Action that was taken in that particular transaction which can either be created or updated.

By: Captures the user who made the changes. The name and email Id of the user will be recorded.

View Details: This action opens up a new pop-up displaying the details of the event.

Customers On Account balance History

Shows the Invoices that have a payment due by the customer.

Main Menu >> Customers >> Click on Customer >> View History.

Purchase Order History

A purchase order is an official document and official offer issued by you to a supplier indicating SKU’s, quantities, and agreed prices for products. Purchase order history provides information about the updates done on that purchase order in the past.

Main Menu >> Purchasing >> Purchase Order >> Click on a purchase order>> History

The purchase order history page has the following headers:

Date: The date on which the Purchase order was updated/Created. The time of the event will also be recorded in this field.

Type: Type of changes that was done ( Updated , Created)

Action: Action that was taken in that particular transaction which can either be created or updated.

By: Captures the user who made the changes. The name and email Id of the user will be recorded.

View Details: This action opens up a new pop-up displaying the details of the event.
